Intellectual Property
When all invoices have been paid in full, you will exclusively own all intellectual property rights for the completed project. We reserve the right to display this work in our promotional materials.
All the material used in your project, such as:
If you provide all written content, you guarantee that it is accurate and original or that you have the right to use it.
If you provide a photo, illustration, or graphics image, you guarantee that it has a licence from the original illustrator, designer, foundry, photographer, or stock image library.
If you provide a logo, you guarantee that you have the right to use it, and you have a licence from the original logo designer.
You agree to protect Stasi Stoeva Design from any claim by owners of copyrighted materials.
Refund & Payment
The payment schedule for our services is made in the following parts: deposit and final payment.
You will not be able to get a refund for our service as the initial payment for our services is a non-refundable deposit, which you have to pay when you sign the contract before the work of the project starts. The final payment will be due for payment when your project is ready to launch before it goes live on the Internet. If you are late with the payment with 7 days you have to pay 5% from the outstanding amount.
If you purchase our digital products, you don't need to sign a contract, but the purchase is final. Due to the nature of these products, you will not be able to get a refund.
Hosting & Domain
We are offering free hosting through our partner's third-party provider. In regards to the domain name, our partner can provide you with the domain through their website for an additional cost paid to them. I can assist you in purchasing one and connect it to your website.
Cancellation
Either party involved in the contract for our service can terminate the project at any time. If you fail to provide projects materials and feedback on time the project will be put on hold from us. If you want us to resume work of your project you need to pay reactivation fee in addition to any outstanding amounts.
You have the right to terminate our contract at any time, but you must provide us with written notice, and we will terminate the contact and cancel your project.
If we feel that you violated these Terms at any time, we'll write to you before immediately cancelling our contract.
Affiliate Links
Our website includes third-party affiliate links. That means we may get a small commission for referring you to a service or product that we recommend. We will make sure to inform you of any affiliated link on this site. Clicking on any affiliate link on this site will not affect your purchase price.
You agree to release us from any and all claims related to your use of a third-party affiliate link.

We may change our Terms and Conditions occasionally at our discretion. The most recent version will be displayed on this page and will be effective immediately.
